The Luxury hotel is decorated in the color red, symbolizing love and passion in Faena’s eyes and the, and turquoise bringing the ocean inspiration inside.
Room furniture is all custom-made, designed by Alan Faena, who collaborated with film director Baz Luhrmann and costume designer Catherine Martin achieving the glamorous 1950s, luxurious Art Deco, and old-world appeal.
The art décor is present into the outdoor space as well. And the view over the palm trees of the private pool area and the Atlantic Ocean.

Large blue Chevron-tiled bathrooms come with freestanding white marble tubs.
The plans is to be completed at 2016, the Faena district will include not only the hottest spot in town Faena Hotel, but also Faena House, a luxury condo building designed by architect Sir Norman Foster, and which already set a city record for most expensive residence at $60 million; Faena Forum, a performance and cultural center designed by Rem Koolhaas/OMA; Faena Versailles, a set of residential towers; Faena Bazaar, a retail space also designed by Koolhaas, and Casa Claridge’s.
