Hello, how are you? Today Miami Design District will show you a new Celebrity House in Miami: Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s!
Dwayne Johnson paid $3.4 million for a ranch property with 13,153-square-foot that was previously owned Vernon Carey, a Miami Dolphins player, with 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a pool, a summer kitchen and two 3-car garages, 14-seat home theatre. However, one year later he just sold for a whopping $3 million. This time the 41-year-old actor asked for $3.49M, but only got $3 million.
After unloading multiple South Florida properties last year, Dwayne Johnson doesn’t resist to this home, but soon sold the mansion again. He is getting rid of lots of his homes, reporting that he also just sold his 9,120 square-foot Hidden Hills, California state with a super sweet asking price of $4.9M.
The last news about his homes is that he just signed a contract to buy a giant, $4.5 million-Broward Countyhouse, who is scheduled to be finished in the last month in Miami. A 13,700-square-foot, five-bedroom, six-car garage the neighborhood of Landmark Ranch Estates in Southwest Ranches.
Built in contemporary Mediterranean style, as “an architectural masterpiece showcasing refined elegance amidst the backdrop of its peaceful town and country surroundings.” But this isn’t over, he spend $300K for a custom-designed home gym!
Dwayne Johnson, the No. 1 on Forbes List of top grossing actors in 2013, can no doubt afford it. In all, his movies collected $1.3 billion at the box office worldwide last year.
