Hi friends! Miami Design District has visited Maison et Objet Paris 2014 and it was amazing. The biggest Interior Design event in France is considered one of the 3 most important European interior design events. Maison et Objet is one of the most important design trade for interior design and home decoration. This event has the latest and greatest in design!
The event began 19 years ago with a focus on tabletop goods — teapots, cutlery, vases — but has expanded to fill eight pavilions at a fairground near Charles de Gaulle Airport with the most vibrant accessories for home. Tom Dixon was named Maison & Objet’s Designer of the Year. Congrats Tom Dixon.
It was so exciting to be there with the latest and greatest in design, getting 2014 off to the best possible start.. The best brands were Ligne Roset, Boca do Lobo, Baccarat, Kartell, Brabbu, Menu, Delightfull, Bosc, PPM, byKoket, Blackcork and Coédition.
