Hi friends! So, today Miami Design District have to show you the Echo Brickell by Philipe Stark and Carlos Ott. Brickell is the most up growing area in Miami. This neighborhood is suffering tremendous changes with some of the world’s biggest Banks, Restaurants, TOP Hotels and Luxury Stores moving there and of course with it also high end Luxury Residences. This is the center of Miami Design Trends. This brings us to Echo Brickell! Thank you PMG!
Echo Brickell building is located on the East Side of Brickell Avenue. Developed by Property Market Group (PMG), this luxurious contemporary tower offers 166 residences in what is probably the best neighborhood in Miami right now. Carlos Ott, the man behind its conceptual design, is a Uruguayan architect with over 40 years of experience. Among others, Carlos Ott was involved in the construction of the Opera de la Bastille in Paris; Calgary Courts Center in Canada and also the Echo Aventura Condos on Collins Avenue – South Beach. Assuming Ceteris Paribus (nothing changes) PMG expects to break ground in this year.
The best part for Miami Design District is the interiors! Carlos Ott decided to invite Interior Design firm Yoo to help him with the interiors of the building! For those who don’t know, Yoo is a firm founded by Design Legend Philippe Starck! Yoo have a lot of great and beautifull interior projects helping for more Miami Design Trends.
Philipe Stark is a designer born in Paris, his work has gained him a seamless reputation! Philipe Stark was involved in some projects in Miami like the Delano Hotel, SLS Hotel South Beach and ICON South Beach. Miami Design District loves all he has done for this project!
