Hi, how are you? Today, Miami Design District want to show you the Okto Villa in Miami Beach. Touzet Studio have designed the completed Okto Villa, located on a private island in Miami Beach, Florida, overlooking Biscayne Bay.
The waterfront home in Miami features a combined total of 20,000 square feet, spread over three buildings. A 16,000 sq ft two-story main house with 6 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a 2000 sq ft cabana/guest house with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, and a 2000 sq ft staff/maid’s quarters with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with service kitchen.
