Brickell Flatiron Tower  is the latest ultra-luxurious, mixed-use condominium located on Miami Avenue in the Brickell Village, Miami’s financial district. The name “flatiron” is due to the triangular lot it is built on.
The distinctive curved building designed by celebrated architect Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture international, with interiors by Italian architect and designer Massimo Iosa Ghini of Iosa Ghini Associati.
Brickell Flatiron luxury Italian design,is a combination of curving design, sophisticated and chic, architectural details.The interiors are an exclusive combination of textures, furniture, and an exclusive collection by American artist Julian Schnabel.
The successful interior design says: “My approach to design is to envision a single object, conceptualizing full architecture in which the exterior and interior are as one. When designing the interior spaces of Brickell Flatiron, I wanted to honor and incorporate the fluid aesthetics of the building’s exterior created by Revuelta Architecture International.”
Brickell Flatiron service amenities included: rooftop pool, spa and fitness center with panoramic city views, private theater, wine room, cigar lounge, child center, and short walking distances to various Miami hotpots.
